Understanding our document preparation service fees and refund policy

What TaxDelete Provides

TaxDelete is a document preparation service that helps taxpayers complete and submit IRS Form 433-F (Collection Information Statement) for Currently Not Collectible (CNC) hardship status. Our $149 flat fee covers the professional preparation, review, and formatting of your CNC hardship petition to IRS standards.

Our Service Includes:

  • Comprehensive financial questionnaire based on IRS Form 433-F requirements
  • Professional document preparation using IRS collection financial standards
  • Proper formatting and organization of your financial information
  • Guidance on required documentation and supporting materials
  • Written petition letter requesting CNC hardship status
  • Complete submission packet ready for IRS review

What We Are NOT

TaxDelete is not a law firm, certified public accounting (CPA) firm, enrolled agent, or tax attorney. We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, or representation before the IRS. We do not communicate with the IRS on your behalf, negotiate settlements, or guarantee any outcome. We are strictly a document preparation service.

Service Fee Structure

TaxDelete charges a flat fee of $149 for document preparation services. This fee is earned upon completion of your CNC hardship petition and submission packet. Payment is only requested after you complete our free qualification questionnaire and we confirm that CNC appears to be an appropriate option based on the financial information you provide.

Our fee structure is designed to be transparent and predictable. Unlike traditional tax relief companies that may charge thousands of dollars or percentage-based fees, we charge one flat rate for our document preparation service, regardless of how much you owe to the IRS.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once you pay the $149 service fee and we begin preparing your CNC hardship petition, the fee is fully earned and non-refundable. This policy exists because our service is immediately rendered: we invest professional time, expertise, and resources into preparing your documents upon payment.

Our fee is compensation for document preparation services performed, not for any particular outcome or result from the IRS. Once we have completed your petition and submission packet, our professional services have been delivered in full.

Why Our Services Are Non-Refundable

Service Is Immediately Rendered

Upon payment, we immediately begin professional preparation of your documents. This work cannot be "undone" or returned once completed. Our time, expertise, and resources are invested into your submission packet the moment we begin work.

Fee Is Not Outcome-Based

We charge for document preparation services, not for IRS approval or any specific outcome. The IRS makes all decisions regarding CNC status independently. We cannot and do not control or influence the IRS's determination.

You Know Before You Pay

Our free qualification questionnaire allows you to understand whether CNC appears appropriate for your situation before any payment is required. You make an informed decision with full transparency about what you're purchasing.

No Control Over IRS Decisions

The IRS evaluates CNC requests based on factors beyond our control, including your current financial condition, compliance history, and their internal policies. We prepare the best possible submission but cannot guarantee approval.

What Happens After Document Preparation

Once we complete your CNC hardship petition and submission packet, you will receive your completed documents. You are responsible for submitting these documents to the IRS according to the instructions provided. The IRS will then review your request and make a determination.

Possible IRS Outcomes:

Approved: The IRS grants CNC status and suspends collection activities
Additional Information Requested: The IRS requests more documentation or clarification
Alternative Offered: The IRS proposes a different resolution (installment agreement, etc.)
Denied: The IRS determines you do not qualify for CNC status

Regardless of the IRS's decision, our document preparation service has been fully rendered and our fee remains earned. We cannot offer refunds based on IRS determinations, processing times, or outcomes, as these factors are entirely outside of our control and not within the scope of services we provide.

Important Clarifications

We Do Not Represent You

TaxDelete does not provide representation before the IRS. We do not communicate with the IRS on your behalf, attend hearings, respond to IRS inquiries, or negotiate on your behalf. We prepare documents only. If you require representation, you should consult with a licensed attorney, CPA, or enrolled agent.

We Do Not Guarantee Approval

We cannot and do not guarantee that the IRS will approve your CNC request. Approval depends entirely on the IRS's independent evaluation of your financial circumstances, compliance history, and applicable tax law. Our service is limited to preparing the strongest possible submission based on the information you provide.

We Do Not Provide Legal or Tax Advice

TaxDelete is not a law firm or tax advisory service. We do not provide legal advice, tax planning advice, or personalized recommendations regarding your tax obligations. Our role is strictly limited to document preparation. For legal or tax advice, please consult with a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction.

You Are Responsible for Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information in response to our questionnaire. We prepare documents based on the information you provide. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in denial of your CNC request by the IRS. We cannot be held responsible for IRS decisions based on information you provide.

IRS Processing Times Vary

We have no control over how quickly the IRS processes your CNC request. Processing times can range from several weeks to several months depending on IRS workload, complexity of your case, and other factors. Delays in IRS processing do not entitle you to a refund of our document preparation fee.

Extremely Limited Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following extremely limited circumstances, at our sole discretion:

  • Technical Error: If a technical error on our platform prevents us from receiving your information or completing your documents after payment, and the error cannot be resolved.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made duplicate payments for the same service due to a processing error.
  • Service Not Rendered: If we fail to complete and deliver your document preparation service for reasons within our control, and you request a refund before documents are delivered.

Refunds will NOT be issued for: IRS denial of your request, IRS delays in processing, change of mind after payment, dissatisfaction with IRS outcome, choosing not to submit documents after preparation, deciding to hire an attorney or other professional after our service is rendered, or any other reason related to IRS decisions or timing.

Try Our Free Check First

Before you pay anything, complete our free qualification questionnaire. We'll help you understand if CNC appears to be appropriate for your situation. You only pay if you decide to move forward with document preparation. This ensures you make an informed decision with full transparency.
